Free Initial contact

Before we get started, I’d be happy to set aside some time for a free 20-minute video call or phone call.
The aim here is to get a first impression of each other.
You can briefly describe your wishes to me and we’ll discuss whether my services are right for you.

From a time expenditure of 4 – 5 consecutive hours we agree on a flat rate in advance

Individual session adult
1h / 75 – 100 €: 1h / 75 – 100 €
Individual session child : 1h / 70 – 95 €
2 adults: 1,5 h / 90 – 150 €
For groups of three or more people, or families with children: by arrangement

The art materials used are not included in the hourly fee.
They are billed separately with a flat-rate material fee between 5 – 15 €, which is calculated according to your individual useage of material.

Free initial consultation: to help you get your bearings
Duration of the design process: between 3.5 and 6 hours.
The exact duration depends on whether an urn or a coffin is being painted, and on the complexity of the design.
What happens: During this time, we’ll discuss how you’d like the urn or coffin to look, try out different ideas and create the design.
Agreement in advance: We’ll agree on the exact costs beforehand.
Costs vary: depending on how many of you there are and how time-consuming the design is.
Longer than planned: Sometimes it takes longer than we agreed in advance. In that case,
the additional time required will determine any extra costs.

In addition to the hourly fee, I charge a travel fee per home visit or travel time (arrival & departure).

Should you wish to cancel or postpone an appointment, this remains

free of charge up to 24 hours before our appointment
within 24 hours or in case of no-show, I will charge a cancellation fee in the amount of the regular hourly rate
For appointments canceled outside Berlin, I will charge the travel costs for any public transport tickets already purchased

My offers are a private fee-based service.

Nevertheless, you can ask your health insurance provider in advance whether they will support your health-prevention work in the grieving process by covering a part of the costs.
You can also ask the child and youth welfare service in your place of residence whether the costs for my support will be reimbursed or subsidized as part of a possible cost-sharing scheme in accordance with § 27 SGB VIII for “educational support”.
